FOUNDER OF PLCS
Lorraine Fabrikis, the founder of PLCS, has more than 35 years
experience as a law clerk in the corporate/commercial and tax areas of
law. During these years, 24 of which have been on a freelance basis,
she has worked side-by-side with many experienced senior lawyers in
small and medium-size law firms. In addition to her legal work expertise,
Lorraine Fabrikis has a Bachelor in Business Administration from the
University of Guelph and a Business Administration Diploma with a
specialty in Finance obtained from Humber College of Applied Arts and
Technology, providing her with general business experience and
knowledge which she brings to all of the projects which PLCS handles. Her
business expertise and corporate/commercial and tax legal knowledge is
an asset to each and every client who decides to tap into it. Her
spirit pushes her to care for every transaction as if it was the only
one in the office. PLCS is a company which you can rely on. No project
